How do you curate your fragrance selection?

At Petit Parfums, our focus is on fragrance discovery through thoughtful curation. Our selection includes Middle Eastern, niche, and designer perfumes chosen for their craftsmanship, creativity, and distinctive character.

Middle Eastern perfumery plays an important role in our foundation, known for its rich materials, bold compositions, and exceptional performance. Alongside this, we continue to expand into globally respected niche houses and perfumer-led brands that offer unique perspectives and artistic expression.

Every fragrance we carry is selected with intention — to give our customers access to exceptional scents that are not always easily accessible in Canada.

Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes — we only use 100% authentic, original fragrances sourced from authorized retailers or official distributors. We do sell dupes, clones, or inspired scents but they are clearly labelled as such.

What is a perfume decant?

A decant is a smaller portion of a fragrance transferred from a full-size bottle into a travel-sized vial. It allows you to try the real scent before committing to a full bottle.

How are the decants filled?

Each decant is hand-filled using dedicated syringes, ensuring no air enters the perfume. This preserves the scent’s integrity, strength, and character.

What sizes are available?

We currently offer decants in 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml leakproof glass vials with metal atomizers. These are ideal for sampling, layering, or travel.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time, we are not shipping outside of Canada. We’ve made this temporary change due to increased shipping costs, customs delays, and reliability concerns.

Right now, we’re focused on serving our Canadian customers with fast, affordable, and secure delivery.

We hope to resume U.S. shipping in the future, and we’ll share updates as soon as it becomes available again.

What happens if a decant breaks during shipping?

Contact us with a photo. We will ensure your satisfaction.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking shows an issue, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • Checking with neighbours or your local post office in case it was misdelivered.
  • For peace of mind we recommend adding shipping insurance to your order.

We’ll always do our best to support you, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages once they are handed over to the carrier.
