Shipping Policy

At Petit Parfums, we strive to ensure your fragrance samples arrive quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. Each order is carefully packed with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping  Rates & Methods

Canada

  • Standard (with tracking) orders under $60 CAD - $8.95
  • Standard (with tracking) orders over $60 CAD - FREE

Continental US

  • We currently ship within Canada only.
    At this time, we are not offering shipping to the United States. We hope to resume U.S. shipping in the future and appreciate your understanding.

Packaging

  • All decants are securely packaged in leakproof, travel-friendly vials.
  • Orders are padded to prevent damage in transit.

Damaged Packages

  • Shipping insurance is available for $0.99 per order and provides coverage for lost or damaged packages. 
  • If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • Once your package has been handed over to the courier, Petit Parfums is not responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen packages during transit. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if any delivery issues occur after dispatch.
