Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
- During high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

- Standard (with tracking) orders under $80 CAD - $9.99

Continental US
- Standard over $100 USD: FREE

Packaging
- All decants are securely packaged in leakproof, travel-friendly vials.
- Orders are padded to prevent damage in transit.
Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Refund & Return Policy
At Petit Parfums, we take pride in offering authentic fragrances, decanted by hand with care and precision. Every sample is filled from genuine, original bottles to ensure you experience the true scent exactly as the fragrance house intended.
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of fragrance, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on decants or sample vials, even if the scent is not to your personal preference.
We encourage you to explore and experiment—decanting is a wonderful way to discover new favourites without the commitment of a full bottle. However, scent is subjective, and you may occasionally receive a fragrance that doesn't suit your taste.

- All fragrances are 100% authentic.
- Each sample is hand-decanted into a sterile, leakproof vial using a dedicated syringe.
- We do not dilute, alter, or tamper with the original fragrance.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for dislike of scent, allergic reactions, or accidental orders.
If there is a shipping issue (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly assist.
